Terms and conditions

1. Provider and scope

These terms apply to the website design, development, operation and related digital services provided by Kincsvadász Outlet Kft. under the kincsstudio brand (registered office: Pázsit utca 32., 6728 Szeged, Hungary, tax number: 25159929-2-06, registration number: 06-09-021817), as an integral part of the individual agreement concluded with the client.

2. Services

One-time services: landing pages, websites, webshops, custom development, WordPress plugins, design systems and brandbooks.

Monthly services: maintenance, content management and operations as described in the current plans.

Viewing our samples and receiving a personalised demo is free of charge and entails no obligation.

3. Proposal and contract

The provider prepares a written proposal containing the exact scope, fee and deadline. The contract is concluded upon written acceptance of the proposal.

The payment schedule is agreed by the parties in the individual proposal.

4. Fees and payment

All listed prices are net; VAT is charged in accordance with applicable law.

Invoices are due within 8 days. Monthly fees are payable in advance.

Work beyond the agreed plan starts from HUF 15,000/hour and always requires prior written approval.

5. Delivery and revision rounds

The one-time fee includes up to 3 revision rounds. One round means changes submitted together, in writing, in a single list.

The client has 5 business days for acceptance; in the absence of objections the delivery is deemed accepted.

6. Client cooperation

The client provides the necessary materials (logo, copy, images, access) within a reasonable time. Delays extend the delivery deadline proportionally.

7. Intellectual property

Upon full payment the client obtains a licence to use the finished website. Reusable components, templates and internal tooling remain the property of the provider.

The finished work may be displayed as a reference unless the client objects in writing.

8. Liability

The provider's liability is limited to the fees actually paid by the client. The provider is not liable for outages of third-party services (hosting, payment gateway, advertising platforms).

9. Monthly plans and termination

Monthly contracts are concluded for a fixed term of 12 months, after which they become open-ended and may be terminated in writing with 30 days' notice.

Fees may be adjusted at most once a year, up to the Hungarian CSO inflation index, with 30 days' prior notice.

10. Miscellaneous

The parties settle disputes primarily through negotiation. Hungarian law, in particular the Civil Code, governs any matters not regulated herein.

Complaints are received at the contacts above and answered in writing within 30 days.
